This is Ireland brought to life through its food, in a special experience created in collaboration with Turismo Irlanda.

Guiding the audience on this culinary journey are Margaret Jeffares, founder of Good Food Ireland®, and Ed Cooney, Executive Chef of The Merrion Hotel, Dublin.

Through live cooking demonstrations, engaging storytelling, and tastings, they reveal how Ireland’s landscape, heritage, and people are reflected in its most celebrated ingredients: traditional brown bread, fresh Atlantic seafood, and world-renowned grass-fed beef.

More than a cooking demonstration, this is an invitation to discover Ireland one bite at a time, where every ingredient tells a story, every recipe carries a tradition, and every taste embodies the warmth of an Irish welcome.
