Frisbee

Ultimate: a spectacular sport, but without referees! An aerobic, all-around game played by two mixed teams of seven players. Whoever gains possession of the disc cannot run and tries to advance by passing it. A point is scored when a player on the attacking team receives a pass inside the opposing end zone. The defending team, on the other hand, can only intercept the frisbee or force the opponents into making mistakes. If the attacking team loses possession of the disc, the “attack/defense” roles switch.
Physical contact is not allowed, and everyone is both player and referee at the same time. Therefore, Ultimate requires respect both for oneself and for others. This aspect highlights its exceptional educational outcomes.
