Accessible game
An ancient game of skill and strategy, Carrom is very popular in India but also in Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, Afghanistan and Burma. It is called finger billiards because the players – 2 or 4 – has to send all their tokens into the hole with the striker, a neutral token which is struck with a sharp blow of the fingers on a square wooden board.
