Irish Music and Dances

The group Glenullin takes its name from the small hamlet which is home to the members of the group. Glenullin is situated in County Derry in the North of Ireland. The area has a long and rich history of promoting Irish culture. This manifests itself in the playing of the traditional Irish games of Gaelic football and Camogie as well as participation in Irish Dancing, music, and singing while also fostering the Irish language. The group attending the festival consists of musicians, singers and dancers who have participated and competed at the highest level in Ireland and the members of the group are excited and delighted to have been asked to demonstrate their talents to the people of Verona in this year’s Tocatì festival.
