Piazza Cemea

Piazza CEMEA is a space dedicated to dialogue about education and play.

The proposed experiences, open to all, invite you to experience a slow and participatory playful action. By choice, each activity involves a small number of participants, promoting listening, relationships, and the quality of the experience.

The square will also host moments of discussion and activities dedicated to Mixed Ability, an approach that promotes a radical democratization of sport, recognizing every person’s right to inclusion.
The goal is to participate together, without being identified, separated, classified, or labeled as “special”, but sharing the same rules, the same spaces, and a common sense of belonging and purpose.

On Saturday at 10:30 a.m., the “Convergences” conference will be held in the SMT 10 classroom to introduce the formation of international educational movements that meet every two years to define common educational actions and interventions. This year’s Convergences Biennial will take place in Verona at the end of October and has as its general theme the Re-Humanization of Education. Play has always been an international code for connecting people and reflecting on its links to education.
