Points of Historical and Architectural Interest

On the occasion of the 22nd edition of Tocatì – International Festival of Street Games, AGILE APS and COCAI APS collaborated with the Associazione Giochi Antichi on the project “La Veronetta del Tocatì: Points of Historical and Architectural Interest.”

The initiative included the creation of 57 cards illustrating the main historical and architectural points of interest in the Veronetta district, which for the first time hosted the Festival for the 2024 edition.

The Festival’s new location offered an exciting opportunity to rediscover a part of the city’s history, which has warmly welcomed the event for over twenty years.

The cards guide visitors through the streets of Veronetta, telling the stories of palaces, monuments, and activities that once animated the neighborhood. Each is accompanied by photos comparing the buildings as they appear today with, whenever possible, their historical appearance.

The project is the result of an idea by Michele De Mori, architect and president of AGILE APS, together with architect Pierluigi Grigoletti.

On the occasion of the 23rd edition of Tocatì – International Festival of Street Games (September 19–21, in the Veronetta district), the renewed edition of the guide “La Veronetta del Tocatì. Points of Historical and Architectural Interest” will be presented to the public.
