This new area invites everyone to experiment how life could be in a Smart City that is careful to sustainability and open to new technologies. Here you can discover the good practices carried out during the Festival: transport services, connectivity, the management of drinkable water and of short food supply chains, rubbish collection and recycling, proposals for new parking spaces for cars, bikes, etc. It’s a sort of great workshop where innovative management methods can be regulated (since 2015 Tocatì is a certified “sustainable event” ISO 20121). Starting from games we can improve the respect for our environment, with the sustainable use of resources and in promotion of sustainable transport, involving and including everyone and encouraging an integrated planning with citizens, institutions and firms to support a general wellbeing, present and future. Among the expositors: Banco BPM, Acque Veronesi, AMIA, Centro di Riuso Creativo – Environment Department, FAN – Fuori Aula Network – the University of Verona’s web radio, Reverse, To Be Verona and Locom.
