Carrom is an ancient Oriental game of ability and strategy, similar to the billiard game. You’ll have to pocket your men, white or black, using the striker, a neutral disk that must only be flicked with one finger. It was played for centuries in Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Afghanistan and Burma before it spread in Europe and here in Italy. It was in Verona that Federazione Italiana Carrom was born in 1995; today it counts 57 members of different ethnicities, gender and age, brought together by their love for quality time with friends, who spread the culture of a game that no longer has boundaries.
